Gomer Games LLC provides games for entertainment. Please take breaks and use settings that are comfortable for you.
Flashing lights and visual effects
Some games contain animation, moving patterns, or changing colors. People who are sensitive to flashing lights or patterns should use caution, including if they have a history of photosensitive seizures.
Stop playing if you experience unusual symptoms or discomfort. Seek medical advice if you experience dizziness, altered awareness, involuntary movements, or other concerning symptoms. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Play comfortably
- Use comfortable lighting, screen brightness, and sound levels.
- Take regular breaks and stop when tired or uncomfortable.
- Use pause, sound, vibration, or reduced-motion controls where the game offers them.
- Play in a safe place, not while driving or doing another activity that requires your attention.
Pause and save behavior varies by game. Stopping a game or closing the browser may end the current round; we do not guarantee that every game can resume exactly where you stopped.
Parents and guardians
If a younger child uses available guest play, supervise their use and help them choose suitable games and settings. Accounts are limited to people age 13 or older. See our account eligibility terms and children and teens privacy information.
Accessibility and reporting
We aim to avoid unnecessary intense flashing, but games differ and this notice does not guarantee that every effect is suitable for every player. To report a visual-effect, sound, vibration, or accessibility concern, email support@gomergames.com. Include the game, device/browser, and the part of the game involved, without sending unnecessary personal or medical information.
This notice is general information and does not replace individual medical advice.
